The Smug Pikachu
Welp, Kin'emon's group has all their names carved on those graves. Now I'm really intrigued to see what's that "unbelievable truth", Zoro is claiming.
Am I the only one who thinks that 'ghosts' is clearly supposed to be a metaphor here and the audience isn't really meant to think that they're actually dead?
The shogun and Kaido probably claim that everyone involved with the Kozuki clan is dead to destroy any hopes of returning to the good old days in the citizens. Basically, they're probably the ones that put those graves there to try and erase their existence, which is why they're known as 'ghosts', similar to the 'forgotten' of Dressrosa. That's what I think at least.
I never paid that a lot of attention to that, but now that I think about it, there was really no reason for Momo to mistake Ace for Roger since they were talking about him specifically by name. Because if he only met Ace, he would need to know his relation to Roger in order to mistake them. But if he knew that, then there's no way he wouldn't know who of the two he met. So it's quite contradictory.Well, we don't have a time manipulation Devil Fruit, so I guess it was gonna happen eventually.
Also, when Momonosuke said he met Roger, I was expecting him to have mistaken him for Ace. Makes sense since they're father and son, right? O-Tama's history with Ace only furthered that theory. But now with this, I'm not so sure about that.
I'll take this over actual ghosts any day.

So yeah, they're gonna regret that 2 week timeframe when it gives just enough time for Big Mom and her crew to show up.
