    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
    Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

Nobody knows what it does except that it exists. Well, Gamefreaks knows, but they aren't talking.

Anyone know where Blaine is for his photo?

I got his number off Cinnabar, then he disappeared off the face of the game.
Is there something I need to do to get him to turn up before I ring up for a rematch, or is he just not at Cinnabar when you're going for his photo?

About the Shiny Leaves...

Is it possible to only get one Shiny Leaf per Route? I have two Impish Pokemon, for example: My Feraligatr and Gliscor are both Impish. However, there aren't enough Routes for them both to get 5 Shiny Leaves while only getting one Leaf per Route.

So, my question (again): Is it possible to get more than one Shiny Leaf per Route?

In DPPt there' a boy who will give you Alphabet Seals if you show him a particular Unown.
Here in HGSS, how will I do that?

The same way you get the other seals: a random 3 from the little girl in Olivine. You'll usually get 1-2 letters out of the three.

You can get more than one shiny leaf per route, but only one per Pokemon.

In Olivine City there is a girl inside the house on the right of two houses that are on a hill. She will give you 3 different seals per day.

Anyone know about the sick miltank a little west of Ecrukteak City on the farm? I've fed him around 6-8 berries and he still wont get better. I can't find anything about it on the main site. It's hard to find oran berries too so I haven't been able to see what happens.

Also the Kimino girls are up near the Bell Tower waiting for Ho-oh, can I do anything to advance story wise or train further East without catching Ho-oh or should I go start shiny sr'ing now ._.

EDIT: Nvm about the miltank, google says I need 7 oran berries to make it better...

It usually takes about 6-8 Oran Berries to heal it. It might be more, as I don't think there's a definite amount. You can grow more Oran Berries if you need more or trade for them in Violet.

You can't go east (to Kanto) until you beat/catch Ho-oh.

Thanks Kira, I did rock smash in Ruins of Alph for awhile and got a blue shard to trade for an oran berry. That wasn't enough so I spent 3k at the lottery in the deparment store and managed to get 2 oran berrys which did the trick. Now I have the seal case :3

I'm not sure what else to do besides beat 2 records in pokeathlon and get 7k more at the voltorb flip... I don't really want to sr for ho-oh now lol.

I believe you can just KO it now and return to bell tower after you defeat the E4 for SRing.

I've just beat Morty and my Pokemon are at Lv 24. Are my Pokemon underleveled? If so, where's the best place I can train them?

I remember struggling when I first got Gold because I didn't train my Pokemon enough (other than the Celebi I received in an event), I don't want to make the same mistakes I did 10 years ago.

It all depends on how many Pokemon and what they are.

well i guess no one knows the answer to my gym leader dilemma... but now i have another problem, ive gotten four shiny leaves on my furret whos nature is lonely and the only other 2 routes left to find one are routes 27 and 10 and on both of them my furret keeps getting mad before i find anything and im not sure if it being mad prevents me from finding one as its getting annoying switching back and forth to make it do something other than roar at me and ive been at if for like 2 hours when the other ones only took mere minutes to find so i dont get wth is going on here, and the main site doesnt help whatsoever, seriously somone needs to make acknowledgements toward all the discrepencies that i, and im sure many others, am/are finding and figure out a solution, i thought joe and whoever else were supposed to have scoured this game by now yet theres still all these little issues that i and other ppl are running into...
