Personally, I snake, so it will be allowed

sorry if that disappoints anyone.
Can I just chip something in?
I have nothing against snakers (in fact well done to them), but there really isn't much point in anyone who can't snake competing if it's allowed is there? I wouldn’t say I’m one of the best or worst MKDS player, but if there’s one thing I haven’t mastered yet it’s snaking (after playing almost non-stop since Christmas Day). Not to toot my own horn, but against non-snakers I usually do well (if they don’t quit) and my friends have stopped racing me because they’re a bit fed up of loosing, however no matter how much I try a good snaker usually has a large advantage. OK sure someone who can't snake is more likely to get red/blue shells and other great items, but in my experience it doesn't even the playing field out much. Now I know it's only fair that someone who took the time to master snaking should use the technique, (which is why I have no problem with people using snaking during a tournament), however I don't see the point of mixing snakers and n-snakers because the chances way heavily against n-snakers from my experience.
Of course we could go down the route of saying there should be a tournament for mini-turbo boosters and non mini-turbo boosters (feel free

) but IMO snaking provides a much bigger advantage than just boosting on corners, plus most people can easily master this technique.
As I say I'm not having a go at snakers or saying it's impossible to win them (had a few ties myself

), but maybe there could be a tournament for snakers and one for non-snakers? Snakers could enter both and not use the technique in the n-s races, it's just a thought.
Some n-snakers may feel perfectly confident racing a snaker, in that case it's entirely up to them, but that's just my view.
