This was approved by Willowhisp

This will be a single elimination format 16 person tournament. You lose, you're out, simple as that.

Rules:
- Sleep clause and Freeze clause MUST be on
- Battle Timeout MUST be ON
- NO hax items (Bright Powder, Scope Lens, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Focus Band, and Quick Claw)
- PP ups ON unless both players do not want them on
- Show enemy HP OFF
- NO evasion and OHKO moves
- NO OU/standard, Uber or BL Pokemon

If your opponent breaks any of these rules, post the log and you proceed to the next round automatically.

THIS TOURNAMENT WILL BE PLAYED BY SMOGON TIERS. ANYTHING THAT IS OU/STANDARD, UBER OR BL MAY NOT BE USED.

meh, I've only played by Smogon's tiers, but if some more of you want it to be PR's tiers (and the 1 BL rule), I'll change it.

I'll join I suppose even though UU isn't my forte. And ffs don't allow BLs at all. I'll agree changing to the PR list but having BLs in UU is like having Ubers in standard (and yes I stole that comment from 0ma).

Dynamo, I think that all NFE and UE pokemon should be banned like cubone,vigoroth,and pupitar on PR's list. Scyhter can stay.

The lists are almost the same bar the BL rule and NFE's. Some BL's in Smogon are UU in PR like arcanine and lapras. Some Smogon UU's are NU in PR, but that doesn't matter since NU pokemon can be used in UU.
