you can check your records on the computer at the guy where you get it from. Other than that I think you just have to count yourself

I know carbink can know stealth rock. Not sure about any others

Is there a specific location within Pokemon Village to catch Ditto or is it just incredibly rare to find. And by rare, you're more likely to run into Zoroark/Gothorita/Amoongus

Its just pretty rare to find, I've only ran into two myself while I was exploring that area

Honestly I've found to be more common than zoroark, just keep looking would be my suggestion

Yeah I found one. After Jigglypuff there was more Gothorita and Amoongus, and then it popped up.
