You're confusing with it the Oval Stone, which is B/W2-exclusive. The Oval Charm is new in Generation VI and increases the odds of finding an Egg at the day care.

Say what? The oval stone is an item that's been available since gen 4 for evolving Happiny. The oval charm is in BW2 and XY as the reward for completing the regional dex and does exactly the same thing in both...

I'm kinda stuck on Lookers 5th chapter, I'm in the room where I've read the 5 volumes of notes but nothing's happened and I can't leave.. Am I missing something?

Also what's the go with the Pokeradar? Every time I try and use it I get the "nope you can't" thought

I tried by going to the Pokemon Laboratory and record the data of the pokemon that the scientific on the first floor asks for during 10 days, but nothing. How can I exactly achieve this?

You'll need to read all the books in the shelves before you can leave. Some of which are quite tricky to pinpoint.

Pokéradar needs steps to recharge. If I'm not mistaken, that would be 50 steps.

I would have thought you would have to Game Sync, being that the medals are found on the PGL website .

Is anyone having an issue with not being able to play the Lotto everyday? The last few days I am told "Come back tomorrow!" without drawing a ticket. I changed my 3ds's time due to daily savings, any known glitches with a time change?

1st: No unless you trade
2nd: You can only see the legendary representing your game as well as the Z legendary,Zyargade (forgot how it spells),you will need to trade for the other 1
3rd: Not sure

changing the time on your DS has always results in time-based events being stopped for a day or two. It's something that already known ever since 4th Gen XD

if you want to do time-based events multiple times a day, you have to change the time on your DS to 23:59 and then start the game before it turns midnight, that way all daily events will be reset.

You can do the Secret Super training,not sure which 1 but you can get it from there
I think the pickup ability is possible
Check the item dex,im sure you can get it elsewhere in the game aside those 2
