-I believe it's free. The parking may not be, depending upon where it's being held, but you could always park somewhere else and walk.

-Not sure.

-Celebi, two of the Top Twenty (you can get more of these, just get back in line again), and a special stamped Pikachu card.

-Again, not sure.

-Depends upon which one you're going to.

Yes you can, you just have to keep getting in line.

And yes you can do that. Although if you play don't use a cheated one.

Yep, they have a coloring tables there where you can color some pictures and take them home, then a trainer certificate, buy stuff from the mini Pokemon Center, get picked to answer a question you can get a 10th anniversary pillow...

If they worry about safety don't worry. They have tons of officals and gaurds around. I should know because I myself went to a JAA event.

They give out hats during quizzes too.
