Ok when old rod fishing you only get Magikarps but ever tryed showing the man the Magikarp you caught?Yea it's cool if a Magikarp is over what 30.0 inches he will give you a Net Ball.Which worked perfectly when i was trying to catch a Seadra so what was your biggest size?Mine was 47.7 inches.

Edit:The man im talking about you get one of the rods Old/Good/Super.
