A few of my friends and I randomly decided to start playing Pokémon cards at school and all we have are old cards, so I dug some out and made an electric deck.

2 Pikachu (fossil)
1 Pikachu (base set)
2 Raichu (fossil - the only ones I have)
2 Zapdos (base set)
1 Zapdose (fossil)
2 Electabuzz (base set)
2 Rattata (base set)
1 Jigglypuff (jungle)
4 Switch (base set)
4 Bill (base set)
4 Potion (base set)
3 Gambler (fossil)
1 Full Heal (base set)
1 Gust of Wind (base set)
1 Energy Removal (base set)
1 Energy Retrieval (base set)
28 Lightling Energy

Depending on my cards, I was thinking I would either pump up Zapdos on my bench to wipe out or Raichu to try to take out the bench and their active, something like that, if that doesn't work, then stall out with Potion - Zapdos - Gambler. I havn't played in a while, so I'm not sure if those strategies are any good.

2 Pikachu (jungle)-use 3x Emerald
1 Pikachu (base set)
2 Raichu (fossil - the only ones I have)-use 2x Raichu Ex (Ex:Emerald)
2 Zapdos (base set)-2x Zapdos Ex (Ex:Fire Red/Leaf Green)
1 Zapdose (fossil)- 1x Plusle (Ex: Deoxys)
2 Electabuzz (base set)- 2x Elekid (Ex: Unseen Forces...or UFO for short)
2 Rattata (base set)- 1x Electrabuzz (Ex:UFO)
1 Jigglypuff (jungle)-1x Holon's Electrode (Ex: Delta Speices...it can also be a Double Rainbow Energy)
4 Switch (base set)
4 Bill (base set)-4x Bill's Maintenance (expedition or Ex: FR/LG)
4 Potion (base set)

He only has old cards and won't have LM or EM easy.

George, you should take out around 8 energy for some Pokeballs, Pokemon Breeder and Trainers. Computer Searches work too as well as Item finder.

WHy would he want energy removal 2......on energy removal 2 u have to flip a coin if "Heads" Discard 1 energy card attached to the defending pokemon
With Energy removal you dont have to flip a coin u can just discard 1 of the defending pokemons energy cards.

pokeball, you have to flip a coin also...go with cpu search and pkmn trader.
