It's a good set. I made a few changes, A pokemon will have higher attack than others.

I hate to put it this way, but you're not one to be talking. Rain Dance on Suicune, Return on Blissey, and Steel Wing on Skarm aren't good ideas. Suicune doesn't need Dance when it can just CM, Return doesn't benefit Blissey as it can't hit McGar, and Skarm needs the recovery.

Regarding the team, I honestly don't see what CMpassing with Celebi will do for you. Jirachi and Suicune already do that for themselves. Imo, Aerodactyl > Salamence, and use Celery to pass SD to Aerodactyl.

Do 4 SAtk EVs REALLY help that much?

Yeah, whoever says that Blissey's attack is better than its special attack...I laugh at you. It's special attack is 7 times stronger than its attack. Leave Blissey alone. Ice Beam is there for a good reason and that is Blissey's Serene Grace ability.

Hey, guess what: no Blissey in the OU metagame use Serene Grace. Exept some CMbliss'es.


Suicune lead is not a good idea.
