I didn't care much for Secret Bases, but it might be neat if they received a revamp in OR/AS to make them more dynamic in my opinion.

I forget how advanced the villa was in Pt, I don't know how much more dynamic that was compared to secret bases, they were sort of the same thing,

But I definitely think secret bases are coming back much bigger and better perhaps with multiplayer esque features? I don't know how it would work but it sounds cool.

Yes. Pokeblocks also affected the Safari Zone. But it only acts as bait, and it just affects the Nature of the Pokemon that you will encounter.

It is entirely possible that they change how this works and instead, Pokeblocks now affect the Pokemon that will appear, considering there are over 700 Pokemon in the Dex now.

It's a hat though. His hair is actually brown, or some dark colour.

The feathers for Lugia and Ho-Oh didn't serve any purpose either, they can't go make them into Silver Featherite.

Weren't those just feathers that were left behind/given to those who were worthy, etc. by Lugia and Ho-oh? I'm pretty the games said something about those working because they carried the pokemon's scent or something like that. The Orbs on the other hand had a much more mysterious backstory.

I would definitely expect Megas for Sceptile and Swampert, and a few others as well. I hope that this might be a continuation of the story in RSE, instead of just a remake, but that doesn't seem likely. This makes me happy no matter what's in it.

In seriousness though going back to trainer customization if this has different clothes I hope they have different colored versions of the old designs or just the same if the designs are different.

They consider Wallace as a champion now so I say Juan and have Wallace somewhere post game. Steven to be Champion.

I prefer Steven as the Champion, just so that the last Gym Leader and the Champion don't run the same mono-type teams.

I think they will be redesigned similar to Gold and Kris got redesigned into Ethan and Lyra. But I think they will keep their names.
I also think we'll be able to customize them, while the rival will keep his/her default look.

That said, the guys should have more options for customization. I was disappointed at XY's selections.

They were given to you, and without them you couldn't even go find Lugia or Ho-Oh. Regardless I don't think the red/blue orbs will be mega stones. Something like Deoxys/Giratina and change their forms is more likely in my opinion.

Both Juan and Wallace are Sootopolis' gym leaders. They could be version-exclusive Gym Leaders, similar to Iris and Drayden on BW.
Having Wallace as Champion, then Juan as Gym Leader would be too redundant. Two Water specialists? No thanks.

I personally think Steven would be the Hoenn Champion, although maybe I'm just biased since I didn't like Wallace much.

To me it would just seem like a forced addition to the plot more than amusing or unexpected. Just because they're orbs to make them into the mega stones... might as well just turn Dialga/Palkia/Giratinas items into mega stones as well while we're at it.

Hoenn isn't Kalos though and that's what that pentagon means... so questionable if they'll give the pentagon to things caught in Hoenn...

I do think its weird there is no screenshots have they done that with a Pokemon game before? Just given the name and thats all

3D braille would be pretty cool, especially with touch screen interaction. That said, I can't wait to see how the hidden Regi chambers will look with the new revamped graphics and 3D aspects. I'm especially excited to see how old area's will look like, such as the desert. Man, imagine how awesome the Mirage tower's gonna look like!

I can see the orbs more or less acting like the orbs for Palkia/Dialga/Giratina in giving them a boost in stats. Maybe even giving them a more "powered" look as well to match the cover art, but that might be a stretch.
