Hi all. We have had reports of member's signatures being edited to include malicious content. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and we can find no indication that the forums themselves have been compromised.
However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.
We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure. -

Didn't they already have the 10th Anniversary celebration last year? Although I agree with you, they should re-release the older event Pokemon, possibly via WiFi, Animal Crossing-style.

to be able to vote on 'Pokémon Daisuki Club' you have to register as a member... just go to this page,

the fields are: e-mail, e-mail again (confirmation), password, nickname, gender (boy or girl) , birthday (year/month/date), location (scroll down and just randomly select one ^^) mail magazine (yes/no), mail format (html, word?)
and I guess after you enter all that, you'll get a confirmation email then after activating your account you can go back to the front page http://www.pokemon.jp/portal/renewal/invitation.cfm and you'll see two blank fields at the bottom of the page: first fill in your 'member ID' (I think it's the same as your 'nickname'...) then second is the password... I'll try to see if I can sign up and tell you guys how to vote later.
ps. I can read the japanese so I'll help translating as best as I can. ^^
