The jaw line looks far too angular, making his head look like an upsidedown triangle. The nose is really small, and the eyes are too close together, too. Little things, but enough little things to detract from the overall picture. Nice clean lines, though.

Thanks for the crit. I fixed the jaw and nose, although the eyes actually seemed too far apart 0-o;;

I think I need to make the smile bigger, and learn how to color ice x_X

I like your style. The eyes still look a little off (which you already noted). However everything else looks pretty good! The bandana looks pretty good, also.

The bandana looks fine, if a little flat. The jaw needs to be bigger. It looks like an elf jaw. A little bolder, but not too squarish.
