You're art continue to amaze me; you're definately one of the best. You're drawings are simple and so real; YOU'RE MY IDOL! XDDD lol. You should post more art! We all look foward to it I love the one you drew in anime style X) It's so simple and effective.
Me? You think I get critiqued in real life? No. >.> I don't. People don't really care much about my art... and when I do show it to them , most will point out mistakes that aren't even there. " Hey his ears aren't in tact!" "Hey her nose is misplaced!"
All people really ever tell me is I'm good at shading... I remember one day in Computer Applications class when this one girl saw my art and wanted to see more , and then a group came over and were drooling over my pictures and then when they gave the pictures back... a few were carelessly ruined. I'm actually flooded with requests right now from school but they never tell me I'm good or nothing... just " Oh wow! Hey can you draw me a picture?!"
And then once in Algebra class this one Junior saw my stuff and told me I was hardcore and that's it... and then he's all " Is that a chick?" ... >.> Motoo Fujiwara is not a girl...
Is that how bad I am? Can't even tell the difference between boy and girl with my art? ... I've thought about cutting the chain with drawing a fair number of times in the past... even recently... but I was told something... that made me want to continue drawing , and getting better and better.
And guess who told me this? ... the only person who cares for me on the entire face of the Earth ...
Sometimes you can practice enough to inherit the skills.
But then sometimes... you're born with it... and it's a part of you... naturally...
I know from my Mother and Father's side there's been a long line of artists. My father for example , he can draw machinery. My big brother... well I wouldn't call him an artist , but you know , you can see traces of it in him.
Getting better is based on practice , but not just practice alone. It's also reliant on other people's opinions , you know? And to encourage the feeling to practice more , you need critiques , aswell as critisism.
... I'm complaining again. >.> Gah.
Ok I want some requests or something. XD!!
