On creating a new account...

Is there any rule against me creating a new account and abandoning this one?

I have reasons, and it's not COMPLETELY necessary. Just asking.

I'd say there might be one. Duplicate accounts is against the rules, and this might not be an exception

Well I belive you can change your username for the forums but I think it takes a while.
