As the world gathered into one arena to witness the final round of the pokemon world championships. The winner would get the privalige to fight the elite four at any point in the next month and possibly become the greatest trainer in the world. The two trainers were from the two regions of Kanto and Hoenn. Both training for years. Unknown to everyone Dr Yung had begun his own rebellion by combining left overs from fallen teams he has created what has come to be known as 'Mirage Rebels' as they all use mirage pokemon if they need to. They possesed the power to rip a hole in the universe using and absorbing power bomb created through mirage pokemon data.
Meanwhile somewhere else the sea was much more filling of the earth than the world containing pokemon. Several boats sailed towards islands. Every boat contained pirates though. Not all of them were evil like the stereotypical type. Some were only there for the money and some were hunters going out to simply kill the pirates and get the money for killing them, bounty hunters, disguised as fellow pirates. One group were a mix of a wimp, a half man half reindeer, a 'be the best' obssesed swordsman, an 'i want all the money' woman, a woman obssesed man and a man made of rubber. Not your typical group of pirates but they were all in it for one reaosn they all shared; acheive their dreams. One new uprising bounty hunter had created a weapon and planned to use it. He hated the group and wanted them dead to receive the money for their death.
Both weapons were set off at the same time. Both the group of pirates some other pirates were affected and spread somewhere else where as pokemon trainers were sucked into a worm hole and dumped into the pirate world. The bomb peices self-destructed and scattered along with every bit of money the pirates had. The race was on as to who would get the money and the bomb first. Trainers were even dumped onto the pirate ships.

My new idea. Not sure if its been done before but i've never seen it. Simply you can play as a trainer and/or a pirate and some can even be one of the main pirate crew.

Name: Monkey D Luffy
Gender: Male
Appearance: Luffy wears a red vest as his only upper body clothes. He also has jeans that have been folded over to make them reach only to his shins. He will always wear his straw hat.
Personallity: Luffy is pretty much a joker. He is like a little kid at heart even though he has amazing strengh. He is always known to 'bounce back' by his friends.
Powers: Luffy ate a cursed fruit known as the Gum-Gum fruit which turned his body into rubber.
Name: Nami
Gender: Female
Appearance: She has shoulder length orange hair. She has a white T-shirt with blue stripes on. She also wears a yellow mini skirt. She had a long staff split into three peices and placed in places on her legs.
Personallity: Her craving is to own money and that simply is it. She will push anyone out of the way to get money but she will always stick up for her friends if need be.
Powers: She doesn't have real powers but she can predict the weather well and is excellent at map making.
Name: Usopp
Gender: Male
Appearance: He has a very long nose and has what looks like a basket for a hat and goggles on his head. He always carries a bag over one of his shoulders. He has a shirt that posseses no sleeves and he has a clothe wrapped around his waist.
Personallity: Usopp is a huge coward. At moments he will avoid it and be courageous. He is very friendly with the doctor of his pirate crew Chopper. He has great genius for invention, practical engineering, and strategy.
Name: Chopper
Gender: Male
Appearance: Being a reindeer he has antlers on his head. However because of a cursed fruit he ate he can become more human like. However he can never hide his hairy body or the blue nose on his face. He always wears a type of poncho.
Personallity: Chopper is extremaly friendly to everyone but can become feirce allowing him to transform into his half man form.
