Only 3 Pokemon

In my Saphire Version Im gonna try to beat it with only 3 pokemon the whole game, My starter is gonna be Torchic (evoled into Blazeiken), my Flyer will be Skarmory, but im not sure for my last one Most likely an HM slave, (probably Gyarados) do you think its Do able?
