Dont use CB Gengar IMO. Gengar also only needs about 300 speed. Put leftovers EVs into SpAtk and use Thunderbolt / Thunder and Ice Punch somewhere in the set , this would be helpful since your team needs a special attacker. If this a CB team im going to lol.

More defence on Metagross since hes your only Rock Restance.

You have boltbeam weekness Snorlax / Blissey / Regice / Registeel / Milktank somewhere in your team.
