Usability, the menu should be intuitive. Another download speed, I hate to wait, just very angry. Good support, people can not always cope on their own.

I agree, hosting is an important part. The task of these companies is to make your website available to users around the clock. I am always satisfied with the quality here .Hosting is a paid service, but it is worth it. Hosting can also be done on your home computer, but then you will have to keep it on 24/7 and monitor the load and power outages yourself.
