Options for In game Emerald Team

Beginning Trainer
This is meant to be purely in game, so that I can finish Emerald faster to be able to trade to FR/Colo/XD. I borrowed a friends Ruby game to get my stater pokemon, but otherwise have no access to R/S. I also want to limit my usage of TM's so that I can use them later on when I start Breeding Pokemon.

Currently I have just defeated The third Gym, my Pokemon are all at about lvl 20. Its not an original team by any means, but Im using it to try and finish the game as quickly as possible. If you can suggest better team members please do. I have a good idea of the team members I will be breeding for the Battle Frontier and Contests, just need good Ingame movesets and teams, I have left natures out because its only ingame, so for half my team, their nature cannot be changed anyway.

As I said, not original in the slightest. I am mainly worried about Ralts, who i fear is inferior to Abra or Spoink, and Taillow, who Im sure could be replaced with a better Pokemon.

How do I go about getting 2 Thunderbolts in Emerald?
Thanks for the team suggestions, for the most part they should be okay for me to get, It uses only a few TM's, and no breeding.
