Organizing you Pkmn

How do you organize your Pokemon? Do you use the markers? All they all in one game? I'm asking because I'm trying to decide how to keep everything neat and tidy in my games and I'm looking for ideas. So many Pokemon, so little storage space...

i organize my pokemon in boxes by types.
isnt there a thread already like this?

I organise my Pokemon by levels. I'm an obsessive trainer, and all my Pokemon must be above a certain level, so I might have boxes labelled 'Level 40+' and 'Level 39-' I mark my team and favourite Pokemon with the markers, and all my level 100s earn a daimond mark.

I organize them by usage, boxes 1, 3, 4 and 5 are useless pokémon, box 2 pokémon that I need to evolve to get +1 pokémon in the dex, boxes 6 and 7 are pokémon from colosseum, 8 has special pokémon, those who are the most time in my party, 9 has pokémon in level 50, boxes 10 and 11 pokémon in level 100, the others are good pokémon to breed (ditto mainly)

Since I collect Pokemon I put them in my pc and there in the order they would be in the pokedex order. If I don't have a pokemon I leave that spot empty so I try to fill up my dex and pc. I train them all so I can use the ones I want whenever for an unpredictable team!!!

I organise them by types. It takes a long time to do, but well worth the effort. It makes it easier to search for pokemon. The bad thing about this is that when you catch a Pokemon, you can't control what box it goes to.

I organise them by level. I finnaly bothered to clean up my storage system. I'm nearly out of space though. I've got a box spare for my Beldum's and Relicanth's (I had over sixty of each) and my bagon's (same story)

I organise them by levels but sometimes i switch to organising them to type

I organize them by type, no matter what version. I think assorting them by Level is kinda weird, though in each type's box, the highest level is in the highest line, and the lower levels are below. O_O;
But I match the Backgrounds with the types and of course, change the box title instead of "BOX1", etc.

I organize them by when I cuaght them first. Basically, I just leave them where they are when I catch tehm. I don't keep any sort of orgainizing technique or anything.

Well then your lazy, like me Assorting them by level is easier for me, I guess we're just two different people.

I do not care for them much, anyways, my boxes are full(one with eggs), in three first boxes I put my pokemons that I use in Battle Frontier or against someone strong, hard trained ones too.

i sort them by battle role. so i have a box of physical sweepers, a box of special sweepers, and one each of tanks and variations or utility pokes. the rest is space for eggs and trades with LG etc.

In my Emerald I put my useless pokemon in Box1,the pokemon I want to train in Box2,and the strong pokemon I can use in Box3. I don't use the markers.

I do a similar thing but for me the lowest level Pokémon is first. Also, my markings, which I've just started using.

Heart - Has a rare egg move
