Origins of Cloyster, Aggron and Charizard

I was thinking on this for a while as to where Cloyster (for either Butch or Cassidy), Aggron and Charizard came from.

This is just me thinking outloud, but could Giovanni have lent his own Cloyster to B&C for the mission to capture Moltress?

Also, Prof. Namba once mentioned in passing something about a Charizard in his rage experiements.

And, perhaps Aggron was a reference to Giovanni's pokemon team in the manga?

They're most liklely just reserves that are lent out for various missions. Nothing special.

Interesting, questioning the existence of the stock Pokemon.

Drop it. There's nothing more to them other than 'use for this specific purpose' and that's it. Forget about them and don't lose sleep over it.
