Actually even with Psych Up, Suicune can roar Regice away. I don't find Psych Up such a good counter for cune.

That Swampert is going to get raped by anything special... Might want to put some EVs into SP. Def and that Swampert is extremely situational. Eh, I'm not seeing how Gyara is much of a threat to your team anyway. I'd just worry more about getting swept by Sp. Sweepers.

HP electric Swanpart is way too situational, and you still have aero, skarm and regice to take care of gyarados. HP bug/rest/curse can fit there better
