Maybe you´d want to invest more in attack on hera, and leave the sp.def EVs

I though that Hp grass worked better on Raikou, but ice is a valid choice as well

Really? I thought it was to absorb burns! I wouldn't use it on the same set as Explosion. You don't want to end up booming early on something you'll regret later.

good but... he dosen't need tha special defence, use it on attack.
a bit defence is always good.

sleep talk and explosion is very risky. you might want adamant nature and
put something over sleeptalk or something over explosion.

you might want a grass attack on venusaur or hp grass on raikou for swampert.
