K, needs more defense thought ;p. I like HP ice, and substitute is always cool to counter Celebi. (if you use hpice)

OK... I like modest and max speed, but it's your call

No, Modest with Max Spd gives you 329 speed, and it needs 352 to beat Gengar. Timid is the way to go.

gengar only uses around 330 speed unless you like losing out on satk/atk evs

Eh, I still see some with 350.

And Starmie can't reach over 330 Speed without Timid, so though you won't need nearly as much Spd EVs you'll still need Timid.

Swordsdance to Snorlax and Dugtrio is better since Raikou
just dies to its counters anyway unless you replace that with Zapdos
and actually abuse the Rest talk..
