I had skamory over this, but I wanted to try this out even though I'm not too fond of fit. Lack of spikes and no ground immunity does hurt sometimes, but not being owned by aerodactyl/tyranitar/raikou/magneton/zapdos and a bunch of other crap is a godsend. The evs do need help, though. Is rest a good choice?

Right away, I notice a Heracross weak. It SEs on FOUR of your guys, and it ohkos Raikou with CBMegahorn. Salamence is a problem, since Starmie is 2HKO'ed by CB HP Flying, and the dragon happens to SE on 4 of your guys. Same goes to Aerodactyl. Tyranitar can also be a pain, since Steelix is 2HKO'ed by a DD'ed EQ. You can't safely switch into Metagross too. I guess Reflect can help you with the phys.weak, but what if the physical sweeper gets in before you reflect?

I would just replace Steelix with a better phys. wall.

And yeah, there is sort of a huge DDtar weak. Sceptile can be taken out for a bulkier water than Starmie should remove some of the weakness. But a Skarmory > Steelix might be better. And replacing Sceptile to cover tar would be good.

urr, there is no better physical wall then steelix

also how does replacing steelix with skarm help against DDtar, DDtar needs 2 DDs to 2hko Lix, and at least Steelix hits it with STAB EQ, while skarm gets Taunted and Rock Slided away while doing like 9% with Drill Peck

actually, it needs only 1. DD'ed EQ from DDTar does 53% minimally to that Steelix (taking that spread into account)
