Pert seems to be a sweeper, so Pump is fine. Swap Skarmorys' Rest for Toxic. Rest is next to worthless on Skarm, so go with toxic. Why? Cause' you can F*CK up the opposing team by Toxicing' their whole team before they do anything. Skarmory and Swampert would be spectacular as a lead. post advice, Omastar.

It only needs 240 HP if it doesn't have Sub. Btw, what is 250 Spd getting you? Go for 270, or even a little more to outspeed DDers imo. Go Bold and you won't need all that Def.
