Some pros and cons to this episode.

Both Mamoswine walking on that bridge is dangerous. That should have broke the minute one Mamoswine started to walk over.
Ash. You've already seen a Snover. Remember "The Lonely Snover"? Ok. Perfectly fine with Serena doing the Dex'ing though.

Bonnie in a Delibird hoodie was adorable.
Serena's Pokemon riding skills comes back, and I admire her skill being used.

Other than that, pretty average episode.

Ah, the teamwork from the gang that was very sweet. They had to work together in order to climb the steep mountain slopes, where Clemont and Bonnie and their Mamoswine were assisted up the slope by Ash, Serena, and their Mamoswine.

This is the kind of episode that could've worked much better if it had more humor, old-school visual gags and stuff like that, because without them it just feels extremely slow-paced. I guess that's how I felt about the actual Mamoswine ride on Route 17 in the X and Y games as well.

Aww Bonnie's Delibird outfit was cute and I liked seeing Ash's group ride the Mamoswines like in the games. Frost Cavern showing up was nice as well and I enjoyed seeing everyone help the sick Snover too. :3

The snowy landscape depicted here was gorgeous, and it was cool to see a Manmoo that didn't belong to Hikari, although I missed hers. The sick Yukikaburi subplot was decent, although I wish that we could've seen a different Ice-type take center stage here.

I thought the episode was kind of ok. So, it seems they combined both the Frost Cavern and the snow route together, clearly indicating that Team Flare will also not make an appearance there, as they had in the games.

Love this episode, everyone contributed to help abomasnow

Serena using her experience in the Rhyron races to clear the way, Clemont using his medical knowledge as a gym leader, Bonnie always being cheerful and helping her brother and of course Ash using his strength, In addition, all the pokemon/humans contributed in different ways, no one stood out more than another. Interaction, something that Journeys lacks. Man i really love these true adventure episodes.
