At first I thought this was my internal battery in emerald run dry, but its not.

Twice I have used pal park on my emerald version to my pearl version, and it has now been 3 days, and it still says a full day hasn't yet passed.

Anyone know whats going on?

Is your emerald version from a different country? The only carts with inter region connectivity seem to be UK and US carts, so if your emeralds from a different region to your pearl then thats the only thing I can think of that may be causing it. If not then sorry if I couldnt be of more help.

i figured it out. I moved the clock ahead 6 days to get drifloon, so it had to catch up. And yeah, they are from different regions
