Battling Rules!

I DO NOT DO POKEMON ONLINE.
1.Standard Clauses always apply! Click this to be taken to the Clauses!
2.NO UBERS. AT ALL.Here is the current Ubers/Banlist
3.NO HACKED POKEMON AT ALL. 'Legit' hacks are okay as I use them as well. But no Wondertombs and Hacked Stats ever! If I suspect you of hacking I will ask to see your Pokemon's Moveset, EVs, and such and if you fail to comply, I will put on the Blacklist!
4.I only do 6v6 Single Battles.
5.I can do any Tier (i think) but I prefer Mixed Tier and OU.
6.You can PM me about battles but please put as your Title BATTLE and what Pokemon you are offering and what you are battling for.
7.TO SHOP OWNERSIf you win, you can choose something in the Shinies section from my shop. If I win, I get to choose anything (unless you specifiy a section) from your Shop!
8.To regular battlers/traders you MUST offer a Shiny or something in my wants to battle me.
9.Thanks for actually reading the rules.

You must follow these or you will be ignored.
1.First, I want to thank you for actually taking your time to read this.
2.Please DO NOT PM/VM me. You may only PM/VM me if I have PM'd/VM'd you first or if I have asked you to PM/VM me to remind me of our trade.
3.Please read my Wants section before offering.
4.NO HACKS absolutely whatsoever. If I trade you a hacked Pokemon, it will be either because I received it in a trade and I never knew it was hacked. Please tell me if I do trade you a hack and with proof that it is a hack and I will refund you completely!
5.I post IVs and EVs whenever I can. If the IVs or EVs aren't shown on a Pokemon, it means I don't know it.
6.I DO NOT clone, so don't ask me. If you need some cloning done, please ask one of my cloners. Click on the Cloners section and choose any one of my cloners and ask them directly to clone for you!
7.I can get your Pokes EV Trained if needed! Just check the EV Trainers section.
8.Please do not make an order here and then never post again.
It is just downright irritating and I hate having a full pending list.
9.Please read what I am only willing to trade for in each section.
10.I prefer to trade my 4G Pokes only in 4th Gen since I have run out of box space in my 5G game and it is just a pain to transfer pokes.
