well it has stealth rocks, hydro pump, aqua jet, and ice beam(can be replace w/ grass knot). it has evs 252 sp.attk, 240 speed, 12 hp, 6 def. its flawless ivs and shiny. its basically the subpetaya type w/o agility but has stealth rocks you can set up in the beginning. as well with its vast restistances you can easily set up stealth rocks and then own pokes. its also a great counter to skarmory if skarmory doesnt taunt your stealth rocks first. hydro pump hits pretty hard.
