Yes, but how is it based on the number of energy cards.
You didn't tell us if it was like if Pelipper had one energy card, Fire attacks don't work, two cards, Psychic attacks don't work, three cards, Grass doesn't work...

What I mean, lol, is that you didn't tell us how the damage is based on the number of energy cards. You didn't say if this type of damage is prevented by this number of energy cards, and this other type of damage is prevented by this higher number of energy cards.

You're totally misunderstanding it Blue Star. It should be something along the lines of:
Poké-Body: Flying Chest
Whenever the amount of Energy attached to Pelipper would be counted due to an attack, prevent all effects of that attack, including damage, done to Pelipper.
Not very neat, but there's never been anything quite like it.
Is this your first fake card? It's very impressive if it is.

But now you are changing what the ability does.
The original ability doesn't talk about the other attack having the aspect that you need to count the energy cards attached to Pelipper.
Here it is:
"Prevent all effects of attacks including damage based on the number of energy cards attached to Pelipper."
The way it's worded makes it seem as if you can prevent everything from an opponent's attack even if you have only one energy card attached to Pelipper. I would reword it like this:
"Prevent all effects of attacks including damage if Pelipper has more than three energy cards attached to it."
Btw, Jeel, you are not supposed to post fake cards like that according to the rules of this forum.

I blelieve it should read like this "As long as Pelipper is you're active pokemon when your opponents pokemon try to attack if Pelipper has the correct energy (excluding Special Energy) to pay for the attack ignore all effects of the attack, including damage, done to Pelipper." I know that should have a few more periods in there but I believe that's what it would read if it were real. And 9/10 overall.

No, I believe the PokéBody triggers something like this.
Imagine the DP has an attack that causes X damage times the number of energy cards attached to this Pelipper. In this case, the PokéBody will trigger, preventing the attack...
Also, the wording is not right. I suggest you use ZJ's one.

you guys need to realise that these are FAKE cards, we make them the way we want them to be... if you's guys are any more seriouse, you'sll be complaining to NINTENDO of cards that were made wrong because you people are to into this thing.. it's just a little fun.. STOP taking it seriously

Umm, we weren't taking it that seriously. We were reviewing the card, you know, what we are supposed to do, and we just found that error and commented on it. I fail to see how we were being so cruel.
