I've been usin Altaria with Perish Song and im getting around to changing it....but im still thinkin......Whats d best strategy when usin it??;334;

Flamethrower
First I would Double Team 6 times(That's Maximum)Then i would Dragon Dance a Couple of Times,After that i would Either Dragon Claw or Flamethrower ,Depends on the pokemon i'm battling,Then i can OHKO them.

A strategy when using Perish Song...
You could have a Crobat with Mean Look to make sure the pokemon doesn't escape
then you switch to Altaria to use Perish Song,(I would use perish song then False Swipe)

and dagon dance without swepping move isn´t good, for you, try aerial ace it will get the attack boost.
ah, and type altaria in smogon and use the moveset that you like the most.

I know this isn't RMT, but DT id useless, why? Let's see,ABSOLute said:

So don't use DT or drugs (I feeled that I need to do that).
Evasion is really an unreliable stat so, no need to have DT. How can you have Dragon Dance in your Altaria's moveset and not have a physcial attack?(dragon attacks are NOT physical moves) Fire Blast is good to put a dent on ice and steel types. Dragon Claw is fine as well for stab. Get rid of DT and put HP-Flying or Aerial Ace, so your Dragon Dance can actually work for you.ABSOLute said:
