Hey, welcome to the clan! And no need to worry about asking questions, most of us don't mind giving a helping hand. Now, when we battle, you can use whatever pokemon you'd like, as long as they follow the Smogon tier list
And sorry king, I don't RNG and I don't even get Wi-Fi for my DS in my dorm
