How Do I Get Phinoe In My Pokedex In Platinum.
It's The only Pokemon I Need (apart From Vaporeon Which I'm assuming Some trainer Has)

Do I Actully Have To Get Phinoe To Have It In My Pokedex

i'm pretty sure u don't actually need it and it will count as a pokemon in the national dex

Rev up those fryers
It's spelled "Phione", and you can get it by breeding a Manaphy with Ditto.

I'm pretty sure it isn't required to get the national dex.

Are you confusing Phione with a Manaphy? If so, Go to Hearthome city, go south and then when you see a wall, follow it. Go inside the mansion, go up but don;t go through the door, than turn right and go through the only available door. Go behind the desk and examine the book.
