Photoshop error

Everytime I open photoshop, it gives me this error.

I tried reinstalling but it didnt helped. Any idea how am I gonna fixxit again?

is it a pirate version, if it is then you shouldnt even bothered asking the question, if it is a fully legal version, then contact adobe

No, its not. But I had no internet connection so I didn't registered it. I tried contacting adobe, but had no success

system restore is like a time machine it goes back to the time when it didnt happened aka didnt do the error thing yet

EDIT: Registering didn't worked. What should I do now? But I noted that it doesn't asks for the auth code.

That will most likely result in "Photoshop is already installed on here."
Perhaps "Uninstalling"?

Hmmm, I think I tracked the problem to its orign. I have to return my activation code from my PC and redownload it in my laptop I guess. But my PC cannot return the ac. It gives error 93: -8 and it would cost me thousands of dollars calling the service because I live on the other edge of the world.
