I dont think thats possible, i mean, theres like 1000 moves (i think) and it would take WAY to much time to edit out all of the pokemon using the move, so no The serebii attack dex is as close as youre gonna get.Here it is, the serebii attack dex.

Yeah, why would you wanna see a move without a pokemon anyway? Would it make a diff?

You could ask someone to rip it for you in the Sprite Resouces topic in FanSprites, but I don't know if anyone's doing that right now.

the reason i want it is because i'm making a comic... and the comic has Pokemon Battles... so i need the moves v/c my paint moves look like trash... ^^

Well, ripping that really is a pain in the behind. If they're ripping the way I rip that is.. and that WOULD take ages.. maybe if you have an automated program that filters the constant stuff (like the background) it may be possible.
