Pic under name.

Okay, I am not a newbie here, but last time I was on this site(not the last time but a while ago) we never had those pictures under our user names, mines is prof.Oak with pokemon, how do I change that if I even can, I'm not sure but does it go by how long you've been registered to the site?

If you want to change it you have to make posts, i think it is every 20 post you go 1 rank up.

And it does not go for how long you are registered.
