Pikachu?

Yeah, another one (like Charizard) that Pokemon fans are split over. Worshipped by n00bs, hated by the masses, wished-that-it-would-just-be-left-alone by respectable fans...how do you feel about it?

Personally, I like Pikachu. Normally, I'm into dragons and tough, regal Pokemon, but Pikachu is my fifth favorite Pokemon. In the beginning, I was just a bandwagon fan (I liked it cause everyone else did), but in time, I started looking at it in a new light, and was able to see past the cutesy icon-ness and the immortal anime-ness.

And then of course there's my bad*** Zapdos-mutant fanfic Pika, but I won't go into that.

He's alright I guess. He is overrated in general as he is the Pokemon mascot, the signature Pokemon. I suppose his evolution line's not bad, Raichu in particular is awesome. Sometimes it's pretty cute, other times I hate it for it dying in Yellow constantly.

I prefer Raichu though, he also has a cool tail as well as decent stats.

Pikachu is OK. It's quite cute, and can be fierce as well. It's also quite decent when battling. Light Ball allows it to stand up against many things. Stuff that'd make most other unevolved forms jealous.

Pikachu and Raichu are great. Pichu isn't... and that damned baby ruins it all for the entire line. At least Pikachu doesn't has to try and be overly cute to be looked at... -___-

Pikachu's cute, in varying amounts. Like in the first AG episode where he licked Ash...*squeal* SO ADORABLE! I'd rather fight using Raichu, though. Raichu is cooler.

I LOVE the little guy! You can build a decent Pikachu if you focus on EV Defense and Sp. Defense

Pokemon is often thought of--it's Pikachu....personally no offense to any of you all but that little cute guy is pathetic. He's not strong but used to be a favorite when I was a noob to Pokemon.

Yeah, I like Pikachu, it helped me in Fire Red, Super Smash Bros, Stadium 2 and Super Smash Bros Melee, but it is so overrated that it cannot have my real love

I actually kinda like Pikachu. He's probably my favourite Pokemon in the recent episodes.

Still, I prefer Raichu, and the fact people still go Pika Pika Chu, every time they make fun of Pokemon just annoys me.

So I voted for Raichu being better. It's cuter IMO too.

Pikachu is ok, but not for it's stats. When pokemon first came out, and you first think of a pokemon, Pikachu comes to mind. He pretty much represents pokemon. If you hate him, please give a reason.

I voted that Raichu's better, because I cannot stand Pikachu. It's actually underrated, due to so many people thinking that it's overrated, but Raichu can own, unlike mos Pikachu.
