Well, the natures in the games don't exactly match the stats it raise and bring down.

In terms of its personality, I'd have to say Hasty / Naive / Rash.

Pikachu doesn't have a nature..

It's just an in-game thing, Pikachu came around long before the "nature's" even existed in the Pokeworld.

And if you ask me, Pikachu is a mix of all natures, since we've seen pretty much Pikachu in all situations.

Pikachu could be Brave or Impish and its Charactiristics could be proud of its power.
