Wow. I love comics with MS paint backround. I think it's funny how you made them caracters from the show

VERY bad backgrounds..
And the Speechbubble tails is almost invisible.
And it didnt put a smile on my lips.

Ok, I can make the tails better. What I don't understand though is why your rating the BACKGROUND!?! It's what's going on in the comic that's important.
And I'll try to make better effects in my next one.

Dear me. A two-tone background? THOSE ABSOLUTELY SUCK. And the objects. THOSE ALSO SUCK. BARELY MOVING EXPRESSIONS FOR MEOWTH (don't you even THINK of altering the faces with MS Paint.) The shock sucked. I also doubt there is an Electric attack called "Pikachu". You also have a cliche plot. Another shock-absorbing device.

I don't understand why you like Two-tone backgrounds Mutten. A two-tone background is the sign of a n00b. They also have blinding colors. Either you're a complete idiot, or you're still not clear on how comics should be made.

I still give you points for good grammar, though.

Dark night jorro, I must've accidently forgotten to put "'s" on the end of Pikachu. And WHAT DOES IT MATTER IF THE BACKGROUND DOESN'T HAVE ANY SHADING!?!?! I made this comic so people could have fun reading what happens, not too say "Ooh, look, he used MS Paint default colours" or "The background sucks, and so do YOU!" So please can we just give over with horrible c+c and get one with the helpful c+c.

The background is actually very important! Look by yourself!

Magic Kid, The props in your comic need to be shaded. The background is horrible. Go here for backgrounds.
In comic two, you sqeezed the words in the bubbles too tightly. Improve and I will come back to rate this again.

EDIT: Oh, I forgot to tell you: The backgrounds can hurt people's eyes because they are default colored.

To access custom paint colors, go up to the grey bar on top that says stuff like "open, edit, picture, Ect." Go to Colors and click. Select edit colors. There you go.

Your Pika sprite is GIFed. Try another place to get sprites from.

It does matter if you want to make your comic better. People are giving you helpful C+C just by saying terrible or horrible doesn't mean you're flaming.

Backrounds need shading and Panels. can be bigger. Or you can try using the recommended backrounds.

Things to be improved:
1. Background - BORING
2. Speech Bubbles
3. Sprite poses/expressions etc. - Try to go with sprites with multiple poses, or make the pokemon sprites have different poses.
4. Humor - Sorry, but it's just not funny.

Will this comic even last 3 weeks?

I don't mind 2-tone as much as most people, but... wow.
Meowth is always grinning, even when he's mad/electrified. It makes me mad myself. The cut-off sentences make me mad too. Also...
Pika shocks meowth
Meowth turns around
Meowth turns around again and falls over
And the attack looks corny.

1. Pikachu Hunting has been made cliche, so you could make a different comic with a different plot. Like a... Good vs. Evil adventure thingy. Yeah, that could work.

2. Meowth's expression doesn't exactly change to match his words most of the time. Try using a good program, like Photoshop, to try to alter his expressions by recloring his pixels to look like he has an open mouth.

3. Most of the time, I see comic newbies put blinding two-tone backgrounds in comics. I suggest you search the Internet for backgrounds you're permitted to use.

4. Is the brown wagon moving from the wind from Comic 2? It might be best to leave it there.

5. The Thundershock didn't exactly look like like a Thundershock. Try making a new one.

6. The weapon looks like a charred golf club with spots. You could always go for satellite dish. They're just cooler.

7. It's nice to see you can put good grammar and spelling in your comics. Now, just don't use too many !'s and improve your out-of-comic grammar, and you'll be fine.

Let's see... I think that one thing you have going for is that your spelling and grammar is relatively correct. As far as visually, the colors chosen for the backgrounds are from the basic palette of Paint, and combined are hard on the eyes. I suggest getting a sprited background from a game. Try browsing around at the Spriter's Resource for some. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the humor just didn't click for me... I hope you keep on working at it, though!
