make new leaders that will be online on a somewhat consistant basis, fire the old leaders. They're not leaders if their never available for a battle. Its very simple.

I would love to be a Ghost or Steel Type leader, they're my favortie types and I have a bunch of good pokemon of their types
EDiT: I would be on 7 hours a day if not for the forums or my connection being slow over half the time
