PKMN Mystery Dungeon 3 : Explorers of Sinnoh

Welcome! This is my first attempt at a Pokemon RPG. This RP takes place hundreds of years before humans inhabited Sinnoh, so only Pokemon. Some areas are named the same way they are in the games of Sinnoh, while some (mostly areas that towns would be) are named differently. I don't want your character Pokemon's name to be the name of the Pokemon, but rather your own character name (Your real name if you want). You CAN make it the name of the pokemon, although I'd rather not. Without further ado, here's the beginning. But first, here's the list of characters in the RPG, excluding NPC-ish characters that can't be used.

PROLOGUE

".. Are you sure?" a voice asked.
"Yes," Danny said. "I'm sure I want to explore away from this forest! There's so many things to discover, and I want to discover them!"
"Well, alright. Here's your backpack. I put in a few silver coins and a water pouch with a map inside. Take care!", the voice said.
"Thanks, big bro!" Danny said. Danny hopped down from the tree, strapped on his backpack, and ran off.
Danny is a Treecko. His big brother isn't actually related to him. He's a friend, a Breloom, that he considers family. Danny's father left to travel Sinnoh as well, and his mother is in a different region. His family owns a tree in Eterna Forest. This tree was hollowed out by his father and made into a home. Nathan, the Breloom, lives with Danny because his father is close friends with Danny's father.
Danny reached into his backpack and took out an apple. He bit into it and the juice filled his mouth. However, Danny's mind was not where the delicious apple was. He thought about how big Eterna Forest is and which way he should go : the northern exit, the eastern exit, or the southern exit? If he reached an exit and it was blocked out, it would take him, literally, all day to reach another exit. Eventually he decided to go towards the eastern exit.

Chapter 1 : Departing with Old Friends

Danny leaped from tree to tree with his incredible agility. He finally found his old friends, Timothy, Aaron, and Brendan, a Spinarak, Starly, and Wurmple, respectively.
"Hey guys!" Danny greeted them. They were at the foot of the biggest tree in Eterna Forest where a Gengar and Vespiquen lived.
"Oh hey Danny," Brendan replied.
"Listen, I'm going on a journey throughout Sinnoh. Want to come?" To Danny's surprise, all of them denied.
"I want to stay in Eterna Forest," Aaron explained. "It's a great place and where I was born. I want to evolve before I go on a journey,". The others agreed.
"Huh? What's evolve?" Danny asked, with a puzzled face on his face.
"Evolving is when you become strong enough and you change your appearance and power! My dad is a Staraptor and I want to become one when I grow up!" Aaron said. Danny nodded and told them he understands. His friends wished him good luck and he set out once more for the eastern entrance when he decided to rest at a river.

Gulp Gulp.
While Danny was drinking quietly there was a splashing in a further, shallower part of the murky river.
"Who's there?" Mumbled Danny.
The water began to turn rapidly and a bunch of little bubbles starting forming.
POP
They all popped at the same, which is odd for the move Bubblebeam
"Atlantio, stop playing around" yelped Danny.
"Your no fun"
Splash
"You got me all soaked, Now I am going to be cold when night falls!" Danny Screamed.
"Stop crying" Atlantio sayed.
Then out of the sky there was a sudden beam off in the distance. It shot up then sideways...

 

[Broom]

"What's that?!" Danny shrieked. The beam was orange. It hit a tree and the tree fell, but luckily it didn't set on fire.
"Let's go, Atlantio!" I hopped on a few rocks and got across the river and ran to the eastern entrance, where an Ursaring was firing Hyper Beams.
"What are you doing?!" Atlantio asked, in horror. Danny had never seen him before and his eyes were red.
"RRRAW..RRRAWRGG!" the Ursaring growled and fired a Focus Blast at Atlantio but he dodged it. Danny slammed his tail against Ursaring and a bruise appeared. His pound had become stronger since he practiced it with Nathan!
"RRAWRRG!!" Ursaring screamed in pain. He ran towards Danny with his claws glowing white.
"RRRAAWRGHH!!" Ursaring was hit by Atlantio's Bubblebeam and the bubbles hit the wound made by Danny's pound. The wound turned bright red and Ursaring screamed in pain again. He ran off into the woods, and the forest became silent.
"Wow.." Danny gasped. He sat down and rested. He also offered an apple to Atlantio and Atlantio ate it gratefully.
"Say Atlantio, I liked how you helped me when I was about to be attacked. Want to join me on my journey?" Danny asked him. Atlantio looked surprised.

"Wow, you want me to join your Journey!" Atlantio shouted.
"Well I wouldnt have asked unless I wanted you to"
"Yes!" Atlantio shouted with a smile that went for miles.
"Lets head out of the forest, its getting dark and the pokemon are getting stronger"
"I agree, just let me soak up so I can get on land" Atlantio said as he dived down."
Atlantio opened his eyes under the water to see his home one last time and noticed something.
KABLAM
Atlantio got blown back from a giant Fin that was creating thousands and thousands of bubbles that were blowing us back.
"GYARADOS" Atlantio shrieked.
He knew he had to get out of the water and tell Danny it was the Gyarados that was on rage!
"Danny!!!" Atlantio screamed while pumbling him to the ground screaming
"Gyarados is here!, We need to get out!"
"RUN" Danny yelled while the adjacent river was a lane for Gyarados's large, vast body.
" In the bushes" Danny said
They go and hide in the bushes and they hear a noise almost like pokemon talking about plans...

 

[Broom]

"Right. Okay. Yes, we'll meet you there. Okay. Goodbye," a voice said. It was Gyarados.
"Alright everyone. We are to meet Rampardos at Emotion Lake." Gyarados told other Pokemon. Danny saw many Pokemon on the riverside. They started jumping into the river, flying away and running away southwest. Soon they were all gone.
"What was that about?" Atlantio asked. Danny's face was puzzled, but we later shrugged it off. We entered a meadow with two trees. The meadow was at the foot of Mt Coronet. I looked up a tree and saw a Burmy.

The Burmy fell down from the tree. He started yelling about rude people looking at him, then introduced himself.

"Hey, I'm Bob," explained Burmy, "I'm an agent for Gyarados, but I quit months ago." Being his paranoid normal self, he used Protect randomly.

Danny looked really confused, but an Arbok came down from the same tree Bob had come from and used Poison Fang. Bob used Hidden Power (apparently Psychic) and tangled the Arbok into a knot.

"Convenient," muttered Atlantio. Bob started randomly dancing, but he stopped when he saw an angry Bisharp approaching them.

And then a Wailord landed on them all and killed them instantly. Many a tear was shed, especially when the families learnt that the youngesters could have avoided such horribly painful deaths just by reading the RPG Forum Rules. But life goes on.
