hey I've been playing PKMN for a while but i have no idea what a effort vallue (EV) is Can someone help?

please put other words and meaning if you know any to help others who dont know

EV training isn't necessary to get through the game. It's mostly for Netbattlers.

If you would actually read the guide that Evanji Axu posted, you'd know it has nothing to do with Eevee.
