Fly is a move that should never be used in battle, teach it Aqua tail for coverage. Stone Edge > Rock Slide unless accuracy is a concern.

Could work. HP Fight to get past Steels, Wish for self-healing, Ice Beam for STAB, Shadow Ball as a filler, Fake Tears to lower SpDef. You don't need Hail or Icy Rock, since none of your team benefits from it.

I run Wise Glasses over Choice Specs since I run an Alakazam and Garchomp with their respective choice items, but that's just my team. Considering the team here, I'd say Choice Specs though.
