Don't use HMs in the process of team rating.I wasn't too sure on a Dodrio set without the HP.That should do fine though.If you insist on fly then you can put it over Steel Wing...

Definitely get ride of Strength in lieu of a better move; there really aren't that many boulders that need to be moved.

I see no problem with [Kingdra]'s sets, though I'd use Earthquake over Shadow Ball on Snorlax as well as Surf over Confuse Ray or Sing on Lapras. And perhaps Rhydon or Heracross as your last Pokemon?

probably the best set snorlax can have
