This is just what they have right now. They're all about level 70, so I'm not going to change what Pokémon I have.

Empoleon (Quiet)
Ability: Torrent
Ice Beam
Grass Knot

Surf
Toxic

Empoleon really is more of a Sp.Attacking Pokemon rather than physical, unless you use a pure Swords Dancing set. However, since yours has a +Sp.Attack Nature, don't use physical moves like Drill Peck. Blizzard doesn't have the best accuracy to rely on, and has low PP, so Ice Beam is a better choice. Grass Knot lets you hit opposing Water types. Toxic to deal more damage.

Steelix (Hasty Not the best Nature...) @Wide Lens
Ability: Sturdy
EQ
Curse
Gyro Ball
Stone Edge

This is a Cursing Steelix. Steelix isn't the fastest Pokemon, so it doesn't mind the Speed drop when you use Curse. Not only that, but Gyro Ball's power is boosted too.

Crobat (Hasty) @Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
Wing Attack
Cross Poison
U-Turn/Dark Pulse
Heat Wave

Some sort of "mixed sweeper" set. You don't need Fly AND Wing Attack. If you do need Fly though, put it over Wing Attack.

Luxray (Jolly)
Ability: Intimidate
Spark
Crunch
Magnet Rise
Superpower

With Superpower and Crunch, you get good coverage here. Spark for some physical STAB, as it's pretty much the best she gets. Try to stay away from Sp.Attacks like Discharge here, as your Luxray has a -Sp.Attack Nature.

Gardevoir (Modest) @Lum Berry/Leftovers/Wise Glasses
Ability: Synchronize
Psychic
Calm Mind
Will-O-Wisp/Hypnosis/Thunder Wave
Shadow Ball Or Thunderbolt

This set gives you some status support options. Items like the Miracle Seed and Elemental Plates generally aren't that good because they only boost one type of move.

Houndoom (Hardy) @Wise Glasses/Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
Dark Pulse
Heat Wave
Nasty Plot
HP Fighting/HP Grass/HP Ice/Will-O-Wisp

Houndoom isn't much of a mixed sweeper. Dark Pulse is your Dark STAB move, with Nasty Plot as a great way to boost her Sp.Attack quickly.
