First things first,Get rid of the Toon card. You can't use it anyway,you need a "Toon World" to get the card on the field,and plus it's just wasting space in your deck. And maybe you should add one more Skilled Dark Magician and maybe you should take out Cyber Jar. I just don't think Cyber Jar should be in there. Now that that's over with put in a Mobius(if not then a couple) that should do for me.

Toon Gemini Elf's effect

This card cannot attack during the turn it is normal summoned, flip summoned, or special summoned.When "Toon World"on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. If "Toon World" is on your side of the field and your opponent does not control a toon monster,this card can attack your opponent's life points directly.When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent's life points your opponent discards 1 random card from there hand.

Instead of cyber jar should I take away a Gemini Elf

It says the same thing on every Toon card. And trust me I have a bunch of them myself. I do think you should take out Cyber Jar and put in Mobius or maybe one more Gemini Elf.

Run 6-7 tributes and max out Magical Dimension.
-Magical Marionette, Cybernetic Magician, DMOC, CCM, Chaos Sorcerer, Dark Magician, whatever else you favor
Magician's Circle laughs at your opponents lone Magician Of Faith.
-pack many small spellcaster and tempo cards. Peten, Apprentice Magician, OVM, Dark Mimic LV1 and Magical Merchant. Don't forget MOF
No Royal Magical Library or Jar. Too slow in this format and next.
-This deck will get way better when April 1st rolls along.

7.1/10. With fixes, 9.9/10. Just don't lose your tempo or grace.

I see you still have the toon card in there. Try and replace that with something else. Try adding a Mobius,that should really spice things up.

Nobody I know has or is willing to trade for one and Im not going to dish out 10 bucks for the Struct. Deck. Besides the toon is good if you have no other monster in your hand. The only downfall is that it can't attack the turn it is summonded

unless you forgot to post it, YOU NEED TOONWORLD TO USE TOON MONSTERS!
if your dead set on keeping the toon monster, get toon world in there. if not, put in another regular Gemini Elf. remember TOON MONSTERS NEED TOONWORLD!

alright you got me there, but as http://www.upperdeckentertainment.com/yugioh/en/faq_card_rulings.aspx?first=S&last=T
clearly states:

TOON GEMINI ELF
You do not have to have "Toon World" on the field to Summon or Set "Toon Gemini Elf", or to attack with it.

The Summon of "Toon Gemini Elf" is a Normal Summon, not a Special Summon (even if you have "Toon World" on the field). So you can Normal Summon it in face-up Attack Position, or Set it in face-down Defense Position.

You don't pay Life Points to attack with "Toon Gemini Elf". If your opponent has a Toon Monster on the field, "Toon Gemini Elf" does not have to attack it. However, it will prevent "Toon Gemini Elf" from being able to attack directly.

"Toon Gemini Elf" can attack directly, but only while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. (Unlike previous Toon Monsters, which can attack directly even without "Toon World".)

And if you were thinking of using it for its effect of attacking directly, thats wasted.
