The coloring on the sticker looks alot different than my emerald, and the cart itself looks black like a regular GBA game(albeit it could just be the photo quality), so yeah, it's fake imo.

I think its 100% fake because the english games are colored for their respective versions and are not black like the normal GBA games.

Its a fake, it would usually have a colourless casing, see though green as it be, but this has black, my friend has one too.

I have a game just like that, except it's LeafGreen. 100% fake. Probably made by the same people who made mine, and mine hasn't done any damage to my Gameboy or any of my other games, but be aware, yours might destroy your gameboy, I've heard of fake games doing that. Get a refund. And don't buy any more games on E-bay. Buy them from Nintendo (Forgot the site, but on Pokemon.com there's a link to it under "shop").
