In Pianta Village, on The Secret of the Village Underside level, in the obsticle course with the piantas that throw you to get to other hights to get the Shine Sprite, on the last guy, what direction should he face so he could throw me to the Sun Sprite?

and what is another way to beat Scrubbing Sirena Beach level in Sirena Beach?Thank You for any help.
